I just wanted to mention that I've been updating my other blog Angeli in Haiti a little bit lately. I'll try to do more as I manage more of the data. Teachers have been emailing the program, and the director Joy is going back in a week, so we're getting a better sense of what's going on there....

Perennial student with a Master's in international development; currently working on a PhD in agricultural and resource economics at the University of California Berkeley. My research falls into a subset of development economics, impact evaluation, health, agriculture, behavior, and a handful of other things. In recent years, I've been fortunate to get the chance to work in Haiti, Malawi, Kenya, and Liberia. I dabble in photography and keep a collection of unusual houseplants (one is more compatible with travel than the other).
